Shipping policy

Shipping time frames are not included in our turn around time. Our current turn around time is up to 20 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn around time does not include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. All of your packages include Delivery Conformation. If your tracking number shows delivered and you have no received your package, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact USPS to open a claim. If you receive a damaged package from USPS please contact them to file a claim. We are not responsible for any of the matters discussed above. We will not remake, refund, or credit an account for any of the matters mentioned above and they must be addressed with USPS directly. 
Please make sure your address is correct and includes apartment or unit number if there is one. We copy and paste provided address so please make sure everything is correct, we are not at fault for wrong address provided.
